• —It does not provide professional services, legal advice, emergency response, human counseling, or live human service delivery.
• —Users are responsible for what they enter and what actions they take.
• —Do not use Vayre for emergencies, threats, stalking, surveillance, hacking, doxxing, or illegal activity.
• —AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong.
• —Saved chats are local to the user's device unless future account features say otherwise.
• —Billing is planned through Paddle. In this repository state, billing entitlements are preview-only and checkout is not live.
• —Until billing is enabled, there is no active subscription to manage inside this app.

Refund Policy

• —Payments are intended to be processed by Paddle when billing is live.
• —Once billing is enabled, cancellation and refund handling will follow the Paddle and account-management flow.
• —Users can cancel subscriptions anytime.
• —Refunds are available where required by law.
• —Duplicate charges, billing errors, and confirmed service failures are eligible for review.
• —Refunds may be refused where private processing has already been used, except where law requires otherwise.
